24 and Motivated

Hi, I never can seem to reach my fat intake but I always surpass my protein intake. I haven’t checked my ketone levels yet cause I’m worried I haven’t been following the diet correctly. Good news is with the low carbs, intermittent Fasting, and about an hour of cardio (walking at an almost jogging pace on treadmill) I have been about to drop 10 pounds. I just need more fat options to eat. I feel like I’m getting way too much protein on this low carb, mod protein and high fat diet

    You should be fine. Keep carbs at your desired gram limit, meet or exceed your protein (I get 25-30%), and fat for filler/fuel. Don’t eat more fat if you’re satisfied/full and have good energy. You want to used your stored fat not plate fat to fuel you.
