Tips from newbie to newbie

I'm in the 3 week and I wish I knew a few things when I started. Maybe you could chip in too ?
Tip one: a 48 hour fast will deplete your glycogen reserves and catapult you into ketosis.
Tip two: you don't need test strips to know you've achieved ketosis: If you're urine has an oily slick to it, you've achieved ketosis. Don't worry, that not oil or fat you see there.
Tip tree: Another sign: You might wonder why you weren't eating all day and how it is possible that you're still not hungry in the evening. I ended up going OMAD without planning on it.
Tip four: If you're not hungry anyway, try having your last meal as early as possible and your first, as late as possible.
Tip five: If you dry fast, you'll be coercing your body to draw water from your adipose tissue, it will help you loose weight faster.
