Hi and tablespoon question

Hi there, I'm Tegan and hubby and I started keto yesterday.  So far, so good.  What measurement is a tablespoon on this app though?  Some countries its 15ml, others its 20ml? Any help appreciated, thanks.

    Hi I live in UK so a tablespoon holds 15mls or 3  teaspoons . Tbh even though I weigh everything most of the recipes I follow are metric so i have the exact  mls I dont like cups etc   but clearly it depends on what you are use to and where you live .
