New to this app and new to Keto

Hey all,

My name is Alicia and I am new to this lifestyle. I have been thinking about starting it for a while now. Any advice you have for beginners?

    Hi I am also fairly new - recommend weighing and recording everything and planning backwards your days meals- so you can adjust your foods if you have not reached your macros. Supplements for magnesium and potassium are also recommended and lots of water.
