I keep going way over my fat macros

I keep going over my fat goals even though I’m under in net carbs and on target with protein. I’m  using the keto diet goal percentages. Any suggestions on what to do?

    I pre-log my meals before cooking/eating so I can adjust my intake. It helps to have snacks of various macro contents to fill in. For instance, boiled eggs have slightly more protein than fat. Use 2t butter instead of 1T at a time to align your macros. Consuming fewer carbs is better for weight loss.

    I pre-log too but there must be hidden fat in some of the foods I am eating.  The 2tsp vs 1tbls is a good idea. And I have  cook for a family also. I'll have to hard boil eggs to grab for snacks. Thanks
