I started Feb 19 and lost 11 pounds early on now nothing. Hoping this app will help me as well as the bodyfast app for intermittent fasting. Good luck to you! :)
I also started on 2/26! I find the app very useful. It takes a minute to get used to it, but I've tried all the others and didn't like any of them as much including MFP which I've been using for years. Good luck!
