Hi Jeff, I feel the same way as you about the information. Take it slow. Learn what you can and apply it. I have only been on this a week now but feel great. My sugars are real good because of the absence of all the carbs I ate. Drink, drink, drink! I increased my water intake 4 times and it is hard to drink that much at first but over this week, if I drank less, I could really tell.
