What do you eat before bed?

I eat dinner early around 5pm. I got bed around 11pm. I usually like an snack or something before I go to bed. Is there anything that is satisfying to eat before bed that will fill you up but is not a carb (or a steak)?

    1/4 cup of strawberry or blueberries with 8oz of organic unsweetened coconut milk

    I don’t eat before bed but a few macadamia nuts, cold sliced chicken breast with Keto mayo, veggie sticks & Keto dip.... can you have dinner a touch later & go to bed a little earlier? Sleep is a great weightloss tool. 😴

    Salmon Mousse Cucumber Rolls
    Ingredients (makes 30 rolls) reduce quantities for less...
    8 oz cream cheese (226 g)
    4 oz smoked salmon (113 g)
    1 tbsp fresh dill + more for garnish 1⁄2 lemon, juiced (about 2 tbsp)
    2-3 cucumbers 
    Instructions
    use a mandoline to thinly slice the cucumbers into long strips.

    Place the cream cheese, salmon, dill, and lemon in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    .assemble take a slice of the cucumber and spread a layer of salmon mousse on the top. Roll up tightly, it should hold perfectly.Garnish with a piece of dill and tuck in.

    Make sure you have a proper dinner before bed. I'm suffering some terrible insomnia from not doing that last two nights. It really wasn't an experiment I meant to do, however the hurt is real 😩 And make sure the room is cooled down.  Our bodies are little hot boxes once fat adapted and I'm having issues adjusting I think.  Sleep is important. I heard a podcast that we can function on a little less sleep if we want to being fully adapted to keto- we shall see how I do today off 5.5 hrs.
