New Kid on the Keto Block
Hi - one week down and I've lost 4.8 pounds! I am doing dairy free, which I am fine with. Only issue is most of the recipes I find include cheese. Am I the only one dairy free??
Also, does anyone know how to post points on the daily log for the challenge? Thanks! All tips appreciated.😀

I can’t live my life without dairy! Then again, I also thought the same about pizza and pasta, so who knows.
As as far as the challenge, first you have to accept it, as Barney Stinson would say, “Challenge Accepted!” Then at the end of your day of logging food/water/exercise/sleep, scroll down on your “My Daily Log” page and you should see a spot that says log my points.
