I don't know how to do this, but my suggestion is you contact "Help & Support" and ask your question(s).
There are 3 ways to contact Help & Support: On the App (on my iphone,) scroll down to SETTINGS on the main navigation menu. 1) There is a small GREEN tab on the right side of the iphone screen, 1/2 way down the screen. Click it. You can send in your question to Carb Manager here. (Click on the GREEN "new conversation tab.) VERY important: After you have typed your question, you MUST click on the green arrow to the RIGHT of the question you have typed in. This sends your conversation to Carb Manager. Clicking "enter" will NOT send your conversation to Carb Manager. SECOND way to contact support: On the iphone App, on your main navigation menu, scroll down to SETTINGS and click on it. Now scroll down to "Help & Support." Click "contact support." THIRD way to contact support: from your computer, go to carbmanager.com . On the right side of the screen, about half way down, click on the green "need help?" tab OR scroll down to the bottom of the homepage. Click on "Contact Us." Good Luck!
