Question for Diabetics on carbmanager

Hi fellow diabetics! I started out tracking “diabetic “ carbs until I realized I was eating 70 “total” carbs. I switched the settings around to track “total” carbs up to 20 a day. Now I’m just wondering which carbs and how many carbs are other diabetics are tracking in here.
I’m a type one and have already been able to cut my insulin dose in half!!

I am type 2 diabetic with metabolic syndrome and PCOS. Under my doctors supervision I track net carbs and limit to 20 net.

I am type 2.  My doctor agrees under 20 net is safe.  My body does better under 20 net but not everyone needs to go there.  I think it would be extremely hard to eat under 20 total and maintain that as a lifestyle choice.  You would definitely miss some awesome low net carb veggies.  Using net instead of total makes since to me since the fiber component is undigestible.
