Cookbook help!!!

Hubby and I just started the Keto Diet almost 2 weeks ago.  We are both down 8 lbs.  We need a cookbook that offers SIMPLE & EASY recipes that don’t require hard to find ingredients.  Some nights we spend over an hour and a half getting dinner ready and eating after 7pm.  Anyone have cookbook suggestions with easy ingredients and quick prep time?

    Simply Keto has straight-forward recipes with widely available ingredients.  You can also read about the author's personal keto journey on her blog, its inspiring.

    Zero Belly Breakfasts has great, easy to execute recipes but requires some modification for a keto nutrition profile.  Personally, I feel that the Zero Belly system is a bit fad-like & sensationalized, but the breakfasts are helpful for creating some great morning go-tos.  Our first meal of the day is crutial for maintaining energy levels, especially on keto.

     

    I hope those are helpful! Also, check out the website Ruled.me , its an amazing plethora of science-based information in easy to read articles. I’ve been doing keto for about a year and a half and Craig’s site was a key resource in the beginning, especially for reference about keto flu. He also does a $40 curated monthly keto box filled with artisan keto items and discounts, its a great resource for expanding your knowledge of whats available out there when you’re first starting out.
