Too little protein and fat?
Hi everyone! This is my 6th day on the Keto diet and today as of 7:35 p.m I have had 104g out of my limit of 151g of fat and only 61g out of my limit of 121g of protein. After my supper I am feeling full and not hungry. Is it bad if I don't reach my fat and protein goals? Thanks in advance!

For being on day 6 it sounds like your doing great! Don’t worry to much, you will eventually be able to play around with it to see what works for you. By the end of the month you’ll have it down. For me I adjusted my macros a lot at first until I found my sweet spot. So long story short, your doing a good job !
