Hi from a newbie

I’m new to keto after following various “low fat” diets. I know keto isn’t a diet but more of a lifestyle but I just wondered if anyone has any tips. I’m taking supplements so hopefully I won’t suffer too badly from “keto flu” but is there anything else you could advise me?

    Make sure you get enough sodium and potassium in your daily intake. May have to supplement. Part of the reason you get the keto flu symptoms are when those are low.

    hi, thanks for the info, I’ve been taking supplements and haven’t felt any adverse effects of keto yet, in fact quite the opposite. I suffer from arthritis and feel soooo much better x
