New and loving it.

Hey everyone. 

I started keto back before the pandemic hit as a way to get my hormones back in order. After having an ovary removed last summer my hormones got completely out of whack and I was at risk for premature menopause at age 30. I swear that it was keto that gave me my period back and helped level out my estradiol levels. Nice plus was that I also lost 10lbs. The pandemic his and all my slowly developing habits crumbled. Now life if in a new rhythm I am recommiting to keto and hoping it will help me lose 50lbs. The biggest struggle I have had this week is that I seem to be a little on fat and always going a little over on Protien. Net carbs are always below 24. Any advice on how to have lower protien and higher fat?
