Old Lady trying hard!

3 weeks and very few slip ups!  Not really hungry at all.  Don't meet calories or carb limits most days. Lost 2.6 pounds ☹️ Have enjoyed recipes and have created a few - maybe I'm too old for this?

    Don’t give up. It’s noy about age. You will feel great. It does take time to get it right.
