The great thing about Keto is you can fall off and get right back on and get such good results. the key is to always get back on. I recently took a vacation and leaving my intention was to stay keto but once I was there and the food was everywhere, I went a little crazy... needless to say I gained 6lbs which I then had to lose again which stalled my overall progress but i was able to get back on track.
