Hi! I am new to this app but have been doing keto for a year now.  I lost 100lbs but got slack and gained back 12 so I am refocusing.

    Please oh please tell me how you managed to lose 100 lbs!  I am 19 days into this and I have only lost 10 lbs over the first 3-4 days.  Since then NOTHING!  I have been very faithful to monitoring my macro intake... so frustrated...  I started at 235 lbs and need to get down to 150 lbs for health reasons!  Any secrets???  Please help!!!

  • Honestly I quit drinking all soda and alcohol.  Plus followed my macros with no cheats. In the beginning the weight didn’t come off as quickly as I hoped but I kept at it and about 4 months in I started to lose quite a bit more each month. Maybe it was my body adjusting.🤷‍♂️   Don’t give up it really does work.

    Beenie Like scarson7011 said just keep at it. Drink LOTS of water, try doing some time restricted feeding.

    I generally don't eat anything before 12:00 pm sometimes not until 1:00 pm and then generally don't eat anything past about 8:00 pm now.

    That would be a bit extreme to start but try maybe skipping breakfast and just having a light snack mid morning, or try skipping lunch and just having light snacks mid morning and mid afternoon.

  • Yes, like Andrew said I also never ate past 7pm and my next meal was at 1pm  during the time of my biggest loosing.  I plan to get back to this routine.
