Exercise should calculate calories burned given total work and heart rate data (is based on effort)

    I did some tests since the calories seemed so far off.  It appears that they are using 6.93 calories per minute no matter what you put in for weight and reps.  They also don't collect distance through which the weight moved which is needed to calculate calories - they need to convert Ft lbs to  Calories.   NutritionalCalories = (pounds lifted) * (vertical distance in feet) *  (0.00032405 calories per foot pound).  Although this may not give a realistic picture either but it would be a far better differentiation of leg day (heavier weight and greater distance) from arm day.  Basically you're better off putting down one exercise for something like an hour on arm day and 2 hours on leg day until they design a better algorithm and not mess with each individual exercise.
