I have had this app for for over a year. I never explored it past the food log. I went through some significant life changes, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law died from cancer. So, I was wrongly persuaded that I needed to become a strict vegetarian. I did and games 15 pounds. I was eating nothing but fruit and vegetables and still gained weight. Then I came upon some articles written by medical professionals about the Keto diet. I restarted. I have lost the 15 pounds and I have completely changed my mindset. Instead of saying I can’t have a certain food, I say I don’t want it.
