Noob, how to incorporate vegies?

Hello! Just starting and need some advice.  I'm very overweight, so have my calories at 1500 and my daily carbs at 4%, 15g. I know that's low but I want results and was told if you stay under 20 they'll happen. My macros are 15/94/115.

I'm finding it difficult to eat healthy without going over my carb allotment, Im on day 3 and all I feel like I'm eating too much cheese.  (And bacon.)  I ate sweet peppers and hummus, took me over, looked up lettuce, cucumbers, etc, and they all take me over. I am on net carbs too, not total. Help me eat healthier please, I love fruits and vegetables and want to learn to incorporate them into my diet.

Also, I need something I can graze/chew on while I watch tv, it doesn't have to be a made recipe. Any suggestions for a vegetable/snack that's 0 or 1 carb? Thanks!
