Supplements?

Hello! I’ve been on The keto diet for a week and a day. It’s been pretty good. I’ve found things to eat and to cook that will get me full, for the most part. However, I still feel very tired and sometimes my tummy growls even when I’m not feeling hungry.

I realize now I should be taking vitamin/supplements to replace what I’m losing since I’m eating no bread or pasta  (which was my life). Any supplements for energy boost and feeling full?
