Help

I’ve started keto on September 9 th, I had already lost10 lbs when I started. On September 17th I had lost another 5 lbs. BUT since then I haven’t lost a pound☹️ I still have 10lbs to lose 😒 My weight is noe 121 lbs Goal 110 lbs I’m only 5’3....

I’ m doind 5 % carb  20% protein 75% fat.  Drinking 3 liters of water a day....but doing no exercice .....

    Try changing your fat/protein percentages from 75% and 20% to 80% and 15%. See if that'll give you a step over the hump.
