Can’t reach my macros.
I naturally do intermittent fasting. I’m just not hungry until afternoon. When I enter my food for the day, I’m only reaching about 50% of my carbs and fat and maybe 20-30% of my protein. My calories usually come in at around 75%. It’s easy to up my fats and carbs, but I’m finding it very difficult to get my protein to even 50%. Please help!
