Question on inputting cheese: Is one serving of boars head Vermont cheddar cheese equivalent to one slice of cheese?

That depends on how thin you ask them to slice it...if they pre-sliced, it often is 1oz serving. I usually ask to slice cheese in .5-1oz slices, depending on cheese.
