Dealing with long days?

I get up at 2:30am for work, have my scheduled "lunch" at 7:15am, and get off work at 1:30pm. I also have classes after work. M - F I have class until 9pm and am not in bed until 9:30 - 10:00pm. I am really struggling to manage calories during these 19 hour days.

    I don't count calories to strictly, but am strict with my carbs. You may need to do 4 or more mini meals to support your body during your busy day. I breathe I'm hungry has free meal plans that include snacks. Maybe that would help. I would not be able to function on three meals with your day.  How many calories are you eating?

    Oh just had a random thought, I have green tea with two tablespoons of coconut cream in it as a snack. Maybe you could do the same with coffee or have bullet proof coffee in the evening.
