HELP! Can't access Premium recipes today (but was fine yesterday)

I joined Oct 30th and could browse all the premium recipes, etc.  After 3+ weeks of watching me easily find the recipes I made for the day and add them to my Daily Log, my husband upgraded (at $10 savings) to Premium on Nov 24th.  However, he was not able to locate ANY of the recipes that I had made for that day nor can he utilize the scan function which I was previously able to do as well.  We both have Iphone 10X and mine worked like a charm until today.  Also the web version seems different than the IOS version.  Am I nuts or what?
