New To Keto
Hello, I've been learning about Keto for a while. Started the lifestyle change and this app today. Would like to lose about 30 stubborn pounds, restore some muscle. But deeper than that, And of higher priority, I'd like to overcome emotional eating and sugar cravings, and produce a systemic candida die off. Hoping this will help with sleep and reliable energy as well. Mobe

Welcome! I found that the carb cravings almost completely stopped once I was in ketosis. I am definitely addicted to sugar and have a major sweet tooth so that part is an ongoing battle. You might want to look into fasting too. I've done intermittent fasting and it has been a big help. Apparently fasting is very healthy and might even help with that candida die off you mention.
