New in this community! Hi there, my name is Carmen.

A month in keto next Monday. 8 pounds so far. Today I have had my first blood test since in keto and I am worry about the results, especially about cholesterol ( I have never had high cholesterol).

    Hi friends, today I got my results and everything is ok.  Maybe uric acid high but not worryingly.  Glucose  really down the limits but my doc said it’s ok.
