Progress
I have been following a strict keto diet since aug 10. I started out at 206 and didn’t lose any weight until this week when i am down 5 pounds. I test my urine for key tones daily and the test strip shows only minimal amounts of key tones. So I’m not really in full blown ketosis yet. I haven’t had any side effects except some occasional difficulty falling asleep. I dont eat meat or dairy but i do eat fish so finding good sources of protein is challenging. I was a huge carb consumer and am seriously missing them.
