Joseph Flax Pita Bread

Hi, everyone, I am new to the low carb diet and I have been doing pretty good so far. Havent seen too much of a change yet, but I just started 1 week ago. I am looking to lose weight and make a healthy lifestyle change. I have found this wrap called, Josephs Flax Seed Pita bread. And I have made pizza and other meals with it. I have came to really like it, does anyone know if this is okay? it only has 4 net carbs in each wrap.

    I get the joseph’s Flax heart healthy pitas.  There are only 5 in a pkg and 1 whole one is 6 nc.  I like them better because these are a bit thicker and can get them apart to stuff.  I could not get the ones you use to open to stuff.  They seemed to tear most of the time.  And I could slice it in half for 3 nc.  They freeze well.

    I use the flat breads (1/2 a flatbread is a serving) with no issue.
