I’m new here .Been on low carb/keto on 3 weeks have lost 10 lbs . My weight this week has been fluctuating.Gain 2 and lose 2 .Dont know why haven’t cheated . Getting discouraged .
Ive heard that around week three it’s typical for some to stall a bit. Just stick with it and measure weekly instead of focusing on the scale. Your body is adjusting to being in ketosis. You’ll start losing again!
