I am confused

My net said 21 g but overall was 84 g carbs ... What does that mean ? So I went over ? Which one is the right count ? Also how many calories a day is ok ?

  • Fiber will cancel out carbs. Once you’ve subtracted any fiber from the carb count, you are left with net carbs.
