Hi nanalyn here, been on plan 6 weeks. At a stall with weight loss, so I'm starting carb tracking.

  • Make sure you’re eating enough calories. Went through the same problem and discovered that I wasn’t eating enough. It takes a while to figure out how to balance everything so that you are closer to each goal. Good luck!👍🏼

  • I have finally succumbed to tracking and I am enjoying it much more than I thought I would. It’s nice to know where I stand so I can tell if a stall is because I’m eating more than I should, or simply a result of the whoosh effect. Also eating foods your body doesn’t digest well will also cause a delay along with stress and lack of sleep. Best of Luck👍
