New to Keto - In Virginia
I’m Laura and I’m 48, 5’0”, and am now 140 lbs. I began on Jan 20, and I’ve only lost 3 lbs, however I’ve been working out with weights and my husband says he can tell a difference. (“Wealth” redistribution!) I’ve been tracking my foods with the app and I’ve imported recipes and it seems to be going my great. My favorite easy lunch so far is Egg and Avocado Salad: One hard boiled egg cubed, 1/2 avocado cubed, Kraft mayo with avocado oil, spicy brown mustard, and 2 tsp of MCT oil. Stir and enjoy.
I’m hoping to give and receive encouragement here and maybe meet new friends.
