Include URL in Imported Recipes

I'd love to have the option to include the URL in recipes, and for  it to do so automatically if you import a recipe. I'll just tag the recipe for now and / or put the URL in the directions, but it would be a nice touch to have it be done automatically / have a clickable link. But it would be helpful when you're trying to remember where you got a recipe from.
