Hellooo!

Hi guys, just to introduce myself - I’m Ann, I’m English, 63 and too short for my weight 😁 So, keto here we go. I’ve been at it for about 2 weeks and, now I’ve got over what could have been a stomach bug or keto flu just after Christmas, I’m feeling good. I’m looking forward to getting and giving support as needed here!

    I have the same problem. To short for my weight. LOL. But going to give this a try.
