Count calories or net carbs.

Hey so as of now I count both my total calories (1600) and my net carbs (20).  Whichever one is used up first is what I go with. So today my calories are done, but I still have 13 net carbs left. So this makes me want to eat more but I know if I go way over my calories I’ll gain weight. What do you guys count?  I’m trying to figure this out.

  • I try to enter my food in the day before so I can adjust things, that way carbs, fats, protein, and calories  will be close to, but just under their limits/goals.
