Hi! Need ideas on getting enough fiber, goal is 25 g per day. Fat & protein are easy but I struggle w/ balancing fiber & I love veggies.

    I’m trying to get 25g / day as well. Struggled early but increased my Leafy greens, sauerkraut and chia seeds daily. These are overwhelmingly fiber foods with very little net carb increase. I add the chia seeds to almost every recipe... omelets, salads, keto-pancakes, etc. I’ve been hitting the target since.
