Good afternoon!
I'm new as of today to this app and community.
I was using another tracker that was focused on calorie counting, but I was able to track my macro nutrients. But the community there was toxic and very ignorant.
I got a lot of negative feedback for talking about the keto diet and intermittent fasting.
I'm hoping this community will be more positive and welcoming.
I am new to practicing the keto diet, although I have done a great deal of research.
I have a significant amount of weight I need to lose to be healthy again, 58lbs at minimum.
I welcome any advice, info, and facts.
