Too much fat?

Hi, so I’m new to Keto and am noticing that I’m logging in a cup or more of olive oil a day, it does take me above my goal; but my net carbs are under 20.  Can I still loose weight?  Does the body get ride of the extra fat or does it store it?

    Holy Hannah Morelib!  Wow how do you use a cup of olive oil????  That's wayyyyyy too much in my humble opinion.  I use one tablespoon in a salad mixed with one tablespoon apple cider vinegar sometimes I double that if it's a massive salad.  I use like a half teaspoon to cook eggs with.  I use a higher smoke point oil like avocado oil for stir fry.  No idea how one could consume a cup of oil.  I'd be shocked if you could still lose weight consuming that much fat, let us know!  I'd say you would gain weight on that...enter your details and it will tell you how much fat you're allowed for the day so enter your daily meal plan in the morning to make sure you fit your goals is how I do it.  I feel great at the end of each day cuz I feel on track to my goal.  Helps a lot.  You'll get the hang of it, glad you found the carb manager, good luck to you!
