Tracking keystones option greyed out
Hi all! I’m Sara and I have been on premium for a little over a month. I was able to log my key tones until I fittled with something in the settings. Now it won’t work. Does anyone know how I can turn it back on or where I can find support phone number? Thanks!

I don’t know if this will help as I’ve never tried it myself, but if you go to the settings tab and scroll all the way down, you’ll find the ‘Additional Privacy & Account Settings’ section where you can select ‘Reset Account’. Again, I’ve never tried that so I dont know what that will do (wipe out all your entries, etc).
But right above the AP&AS section is the ‘Help & Support’ section, which includes ‘Contact Support’
