Do I track bacon/ eggs/ cheese ect?
Hi all,
newbie here! I’ve dabbled in Atkins before but never general low carb / keto so very new to learning all this!
when I did Atkins I was very successful but as advised I never counted eggs/ bacon/ cheese / full fat mayo ..... do some still do this or am I to count the lot???

Lyndseysloosing Happy to help. Our Macro grams will vary, but try to keep Carbs less than 5% of calories. I add a variety of low carb vegetables in everyday. For example, one cup of Romaine is only 0.5 net carbs. You will soon get the hang of balancing your Macros. Planning and entering food in app before eating, is very helpful. Good Luck
