Keto flu and concerns about keto

I'm new to keto. Started about 2 weeks ago. I've been in moderate ketosis steadily since,  according to urine sticks.  Today I'm struggling with allergies,  and feel yuck.  Dont know how much could be the allergies but I do have sinus pressure going on. Also a Migraine,  tired,  dizzy,  nausea and wanting to eat salty stuff or carbs to feel better and it's the first time I've wanted carbs since starting keto.  It dawned on me this may be some association to keto flu.  With how I feel today I'm just a little nervous about the diet.  I read this too is normal.  I increased fat today,  but I did cave and had a little banana for my headaches. I also made lemonade with some Stevia and salt. My mouth is also dry so maybe I am dehydrated.  Could this be keto flu?  And how do you calm nerves about the diet while you transition?  Everything I read had me convinced to do it but then today I goggled keto flu and found a lot of websites staring the dangers of keto.  My husband is doing it with me also,  and as a bread and pasta lover he's super cynical about the diet but started it with me because i was so adamant about how good and healthy it sounded.  But last night he was asking me how all these oils and fats can be healthy for arteries and stuff.  And why is bread so bad but tons of fat isn't etc.  his questions along with how I feel today just made me back up a little and wonder.   Any input would be great.   And tips on feeling better are welcome too, if this sounds like keto flu

Thanks!

Maybe try switching up some of your keto food choices, perhaps some of them don't agree with you.  I find a bloody red steak to be the best thing for a migraine, YMMV.

I was a huge sceptic of all these low carb diets, but after seeing friends drop weight fast I figured I could do it for long enough to drop some weight and then go back to a "healthy balanced diet".  But I have not felt as good in 20 years as I feel on keto.  Still, I was worried I was messing up my body in some way, so I went and had a blood panel done after 3 months and 35lbs lost.  Everything looked fantastic.   My cholesterol was mildly out of whack same as it was before starting keto, doc said as usual less dairy fat, more avocado and coconut fat.  And when I left she and her nurse were thinking about trying keto themselves.
