Just started 2nd day
I really need to stick to this since the last 3 years I have gained 20lbs. I cannot stand myself in pictures anymore. My cardio work-outs are not doing it anymore. Pre-menopause is no joke and I love love my cocktails and carbs. I am super irritable woke up feeling tired groggy. I am going to need some support and good recipes.

The first week is the hardest. Try to drink lots of water, increase your sodium and get enough rest while your body is adjusting to burning fat to avoid dehydration. You should start feeling much better soon.
Pinterest is also a great source for Keto recipes. I try several new ones every week to keep it interesting. Also, freezing meal size portions are great for busy days. Good Luck.
