I’m new here and I have a question! Can someone please tell me how we are to track our carbs for weight loss. Do I track net carbs or total carbs? Thanks!
Most people track net carbs but also keep an eye on total carbs. My net carb limit is 15, my total carb limit is 30, and I never exceed either cap. However I am most concerned with net carbs because many total carbs are indigestible fiber.
