Starting again for the new year!

Hi all, 

First started Keto in September for about a month and lost 17kg (37 pounds) going from 125kg (275 pounds) to 108kg (238 pounds). I am 27 and I’ve been overweight my entire life and have never felt happy or healthy before! I was pretty happy with doing Keto just fell off the bandwagon because of birthdays/Christmas/New Years. So here again to try and smash 2019 into my year and actually make some changes for the better. Just find it hard sometimes with cravings etc but I guess I only did it for a short time and wasn’t fully keto adapted as yet. I have my partner as one support system but he’s always been “skinny” so doesn’t quiet understand the mental side of things sometimes, so just looking for a bit of extra support/inspiration/motivation from everyone here! Thanks 😘

    Hi! Sounds to me like you're doing an awesome job!! Just keep at it and i promise you will thank yourself! Check out pinterest for some keto approved sweets for when you're craving. Just remember this journey is a marathon not a race. Take your time , listen to your body , and keto on!! You got this!!! 😉

    I understand completely about having support from a partner.  My husband has always been fit. He doesn’t understand what a struggle it can be.  Although we do go for walks together and go to the gym.  He always encourages me but mentally trying to reset my thoughts about food and my body, he just does not understand.
