Cooked Broccoli

krystaljarrelle30f I was super curious on this question.  I did google this and there is about 25 theories that make sense. A few difference reasons. Check it out. Interesting reading WHY. I guess I won’t cook my veggies fully now, maybe just toss them in some heat a bit.
