Feeling dizzy

Day 6 of the plan, feeling dizzy, wanted to get up early, so not like me and I had a leg cramp, am I going into ketosis?

  • Likely, yes! On my day 4 I was extremely nauseous and that night my muscles ached so badly. All are common symptoms of the ‘Keto Flu’. It will pass and you’ll feel  AMAZING 😃

  • Hello - sounds like you might need some magnesium and sodium. The muscle cramps could be a result of low magnesium. (A daily supplement will do the trick) Also a pinch of Himalayan salt to your water will add electrolytes and minerals back in you system as in Keto we lose water and can become easily dehydrated- drinking lots of water with a pinch of salt will help! (Must be sea salt or Himalayan salt) I just did research on this topic because I was having the same problems! Hope this helps:)

vit c tabs, potassium and a little mag or a multi tab with mag at night. If feeling the need to get up early just due to the feeling of needing I get up, I had this also. On ketogenic for awhile you feel like you don’t need as much sleep for some. Make sure you take dried parsley in many things. 1T dried is approx 400+ mg potassium. Humans supposedly need 4500 mg per day which I found I must be severely deficient since going to Keto and I don’t eat a lot of veggies.
