I too am new to Keto. From my readings I believe everyone is different. Seems to vary from 2 days @ 20 grams of net carbs to a week. I first purchased Leanne Vogel’s Book and this has been a great help to understanding Keto. She is all about nutritional Ketosis. She is dairy free but there are tons of great Keto Recipes out there that aren’t dairy free. I did find a lot on Pinterest.
